A wedding planner consults with the to-be bride and groom and according to the feedback that he receives from them, takes care of:

Ordering the flowers, hiring a photographer, musician and other service providers for the wedding. It is the job of the wedding planner to deal with the various vendors and see that he can get the best possible rates from different vendors for his clients.

Wedding planners usually have a great sense of fashion and this helps them to ensure that everything is tasteful and color coordinated for the wedding. They are responsible for ensuring that the theme of the wedding is reflected in all aspects of the wedding. Right from the design on the napkins, to the place settings, the flowers, and to the wedding dress; everything should be in sync with each other and it is the job of the wedding planner to ensure that.

The wedding planner manages the money and ensures that the wedding is according to budget. In short, a wedding planner is a mediator, a consultant, a sounding board, an organizer, an artisan and a financial advisor all rolled into one. And sometimes they even turn out to be a punching bag when nerves get frazzled (figuratively speaking), even though their job description definitely does not call for it!

WHAT DOES A WEDDING CONCIERGE DO?

A wedding concierge is the most dependable person to rely on for your wedding day. Aside from utilizing a full service wedding planner, a wedding concierge makes sense and is affordable. Many Brides are not interested in a full service Wedding Planner but would like to have someone available for the day of the wedding so your family and friends are not spending their time working at your wedding rather than being your guest.

They are the people that assist you in organizing the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, making sure the wedding party is together and the rehearsal can be done in a half hour rather than all night. They also are the people that arrive very early on your wedding day to work with your vendors to make sure the decorations are set up the way YOU want them, the favors are arranged, the DJ and Cake have arrived and that you are comfortable and out to your precessional on time. Truthfully a wedding concierge is your wedding day lifesavor . As a wedding concierge some of the duties we provide are:

1. Arrange for dressing room area for Bride and Groom and wedding parties

2. Confirm timeline with Reception Hall Staff

3. Assist in Room Set up with Bride’s favors, guest book, florals, centerpieces, etc.

4. Prepare Cake Table Display

5. Prepare Guest Table Display

6. Assisting guests to their tables

7. Assist families with bouts, corsages;

8. Assist photographer in arranging families

9. Assist Wedding Party Line Up Coordination

10. Assist DJ/Entertainer with Announcements

11. Assist in Keeping everything on Schedule from Entrance, Dances, Garter throw, Bouquet Toss, Cake Cutting and final farewell

12. Assist in after reception gathering of Bride’s belongings for family and gifts

13. And If there are table covers and chairs – gather all covers, etc and we will return them to vendor or arrange pickup from their location.

14. Offer assistance in returning the Grooms Party Tuxedos to the location they were rented.

Entertainment Services

Types of Music: Christian/Religious Music; Pop/ R & B Ballad; Jazz Ballad; Broadway Ballad or any other easy listening vocal selection in accompaniment Cd format.

Song Selection: Songs can be chosen from a selection list I have available. If a song request is not on the list two selections should be made in event Key of performance is not available or sheet music can not be located.

Non-English Performances ……. $175.00/song
Spanish, Latin, German, French or Italian

~Live Piano or Strings accompaniment is available upon request~*

*Additional Fee Applies

*if Ceremony is in a church, request must be approved by the Church Officiant. All music is performed with back ground tracks. If a live pianist is requested, an additional charge will be incurred for the pianist’s fee.

*Vocalist contracts Musicians to assist in the reception performances. All contracted musicians are paid in accordance with AFM and AFTRA Union requirements at no less than $150 an hour with a 4 hour minimum reception event.

3 piece - piano w/ digital sound, drums, Vocalist
4 piece- piano, drums, bass guitar & Vocalist

We have many reliable vendors that we have used in the past that are reputable and professional. We recommend these vendors to you for this reason. This is your wedding and it can get expensive. We are here to assist you in finding the right vendors for your event without emptying your wallet.

Well that depends on the type of wedding you are having, where is it located and what you are serving.

1. Casual Wedding
Garden or Beach Style with Hors d'Oeuvres - no seating arrangements
2. Casual Wedding with reception at Hotel
Morning Brunch or Buffet style - Table assignments necessary ( no assigned seating)
3. Semi Formal and Formal Weddings
Lunch or Dinner Buffet style - Table assignments necessary ( no assigned seating)
Plated Dinner - Table assignments with seating is recommended *

* This is to allow the caterers to locate those with specific plates ( if Bride chooses to offer more than one).
